At Click FX Web
Service we provide a wide variety of services for our clients.
To properly accommodate the growing variations in
account needs, Click FX Web Service provides UNIX servers running BSDI 3.1 or 4.x OS with
Apache Web Server 1.3.x, FrontPage extensions, Access Database Use, and Dedicated servers
(for large sites requiring vast resources).

Server Specifications - A hosting service is only as good
as the hardware and connectivity they offer. Speed and performance are the visible
characteristics of any website and can be directly related to the success, or failure,
from a financial point of view. Click FX Web Service has adopted a policy to cap the
number of sites on each server to insure that the load capacity goes no higher than 60%
during peak hours. This provides plenty of breathing room for each site to grow without
running the risk of "pinning" the server (resulting in poor server response
time). Below outlines a servers minimum physical characteristics.

Pentium 350 to 1200 MHz
Processor / 256-512 megs RAM (10 ns SDRAM)
100 MHz Bus motherboard or faster
All Servers on 10mb full duplex ethernet connections
OC12 ATM Based Internet Connection - All CISCO Equipment |
Our Network - Our entire Network is on CompleteWeb's ATM
(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) based
OC3 & OC-12 network. This technology offers our network resilience during times of
network
failures. Since our ATM network is based on a non-blocking switched based architecture,
during
network failures, backbone trunks reroute around troubled spots across the Internet. These
reroute times are handled within milliseconds! This gives our network the reliability and
speed that
you expect.
The combination of "one hop routing," state-of-the-art ATM equipment, fully
meshed network
topology, and redundancy make for a network you can count on to provide the highest
quality
service, reliability and uptime.

Account Specifications - Our regular accounts, or shared
server accounts, group sites within a server
based on bandwidth usage, load average, and available resources. Consistent with our
policy to
maintain 60% maximum load capacity through peak hours, all servers are balanced
accordingly.
